as founder and CEO of LilO entrepreneur boutique, she has worked on M&As, restructuring projects and company foundations for virtually her entire professional life. During her career, she has worked with and advised several private equity and venture capital firms, gaining international experience in Dubai, Hong Kong, Madrid, Paris, London and Brussels.
Stefanie has a ten-year history of starting, developing and selling private companies and has built up her own portfolio of business ventures over the last few years. Beside her M&A activities Stefanie has also co-founded Austria’s leading Business Angel Organization to support innovative startups and to create a platform for cutting edge technologies and investors from across Europe. Stefanie studied law and earned a PhD from the University of Vienna.

as CDO of LilO entrepreneur boutique, is an  experienced M&A advisor and entrepreneur. M&A projects were a core task in all his roles as private  equity partner, head of strategy and corporate  development with the Austrian Post or strategy consultant with Accenture. In the last 8 years he worked as founder and co-founder with focus on  digital transformation and professional services. Born in Vienna, and with a doctorate in strategic  management and sport economy successfully  completed, his multifaceted international activities ensure that he has a wide spectrum of experience  in sectors such as, for example,  healthcare,  greentech, new media, logistics and financial services. Christian is also an alumni of the business  school INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

as CMO of LilO entrepreneur boutique, has a strong focus on the Infrastructure Industry & Family Businesses. For the last 12 years she has advised several owner-driven companies and multinational in strategy, sales and marketing and gained an extensive knowledge on digital transformation and change management. As a passionate entrepreneur and gaining her first working experience in her own familiy business she is specialized on consulting owner-driven mid-sized companies on succession and transformation processes.
Carolin has completed her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and is also the founder and CEO of cbeyond ventures in Vienna.

Gabriel Tirouflet
Managing Partner France

Is located in Paris as Managing Partner France at LilO entrepreneur boutique. After serving as large caps strategy consultant in Paris, he joined the entrepreneur community by investing and turning around a textile company in France. He then reiterated on a larger scale by joining as CFO and becoming CEO of an innovative medical technology company in Switzerland. Focusing on business development and fundraising, he managed to create value and exited in 2016. He holds a MSc in Economics from the Université Paris Dauphine and extended his education, following the executive MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore. Gabriel works between Austria and France.

is an leadership advisor and coach focused on helping leaders create and navigate change, including during and after M&A transactions. Over the last 15 years, Shani has coached and advised over 150 individual leaders and dozens of leadership teams in blue chip companies, family-owned businesses, and start-ups alike.
Shani combines business expertise with a natural ability to unearth and demystify mindset patterns and relationship dynamics to help leaders create the impact they want. With her firm challenge and coaching, leaders learn to anticipate and respond effectively to the complex and evolving challenges of an M&A situation.
Shani brings a unique blend of skills and talent acquired as a consultant at McKinsey & Co, as an investor and portfolio manager in private equity, and through extensive training and experience as a coach. Shani is also the Co-Founder of The Cognitas Group, a London-based boutique focused on transforming organisational cultures by strengthening senior leadership capabilities in organisations. As a result, she understands both the commercial realities and the human dynamics of organisations.
Shani works with clients across five continents and in multiple languages including English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German.

Michio Chano

is a highly experienced M&A professional with a decades long leadership role in working for Japans largest investment bank Nomura. During his career Michio advised various clients ranging from large multinationals to mid-market private and public companies. Over the last 35 years Michio worked as Nomura General Manager in Spain, Austria and CEE advising Japanese companies as well as European companies in different sectors of M&A transactions. In his role as country manager in several european countries he was also involved in large urban development projects in Europe and brings in an impressive track record in M&A deals in the real estate sector. Michio is a member of the Chartered Surveyors Association in UK and a Chartered member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. Through his extensive experience with international M&A transactions and his active role in various Associations Michio was able to develop a high-level network with european and japanese CEOs of large and mid-sized corporates. After living in Europe and Japan for several years Michio has an in-depth understanding of diverse corporate cultures and focuses within his expertise especially on success factors of cross-border deals. Michio is fluent in German, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian as well as English aside from Japanese.

Ivanka Visnjic
Senior Advisor Innovation

is an Associate Professor of Innovation at ESADE Business School, where she also acts as Director of Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management. Previously, Ivanka worked at a consulting firm McKinsey & Co, completed a PhD at KU Leuven in Belgium and helped set up business-led partnership, Cambridge Service Alliance, at University of Cambridge. Her research, consulting and speaking activities are focused on innovation at large, established companies. She led joint research projects, gave keynote speeches, hosted workshops and advised companies on product-service design, service innovation, service business models and organizational transformation towards services. Ivanka has been working closely with C-suite and senior management teams of a number of global companies, such as Atlas Copco, BAE Systems, Caterpillar, GEA, IBM, Novozymes, Pearson and Zoetis.

as Senior Advisor Healthcare Fabian has 12 years of international experience in health care including 5 years at Pfizer. There he held Local Management Board and Governmental Affairs positions in Austria as well as a Global Market Access and Pricing Lead role in the New York Headquarters. He started his pharma career on the other side as a public servant in drug licensing. As a double graduate of the Medical School Vienna and the Harvard School of Public Health he has held several part time teaching positions for more than 8 years at Technical Universities and recently returned to school at Columbia University/ London Business School for a part time Executive MBA.
